Marci Simmons has been in the title industry for more than twenty years. She has a diverse background which includes doing foreclosure work for a large Baltimore law firm, managing a large regional title company and eventually owning and operating her own title company.  Marci joined forces with Stevens Palmer, LLC, and Bay East Title during the Summer of 2015.

As a licensed title insurance agent, Marci regularly handles a high volume of real estate and loan closings, from refinances, to residential purchases, to 1031 tax free exchanges, to short sales and commercial closings.

Since joining Bay East Title in 2015, Marci has overseen all aspects of the closing process including processing, pre- and post-closing, research, coordination and conducting all real estate settlements.  Marci continues to provide focused and efficient attentions to our customers, property sellers, real estate agents, attorneys and lenders to ensure a timely and smooth closing for all parties involved. Marci has efficiently and seamlessly guided Bay East Title through the transition to TRID based closing.
